Third Street Promenade

Santa Monica’s Third Street Promenade is located only two blocks from the Santa Monica Pier. The Promenade is anchored by Santa Monica Place and consists of three blocks of open air, car-free, shopping, dining, and a farmers market. It’s a unique atmosphere that pulsates with shoppers, diners, office workers and street performers.

At the southern end of The Third Street Promenade is Santa Monica Place home to nearly 100 shops including Bloomingdale’s and Nordstrom’s. All along Third Street there are plenty of boutiques including Design Within Reach and Goorin Brothers a hat shop which features some of the best headwear you’ll find anywhere.

Dining is divine. There are so many options it’s mind-boggling. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are all covered here. From French pastries to chocolates, nutritious food to gastronomical delights, they have it all.
